LPC Associate Supervision
LPC Associate supervision is offered by Malton Cook, MA, LPC Supervisor. Malton is a board approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and takes value in mentoring counseling professionals in early stages of their career.
You will be working with your supervisor for a minimum of 18 months, so it’s important that you make sure that the individual you choose is the right fit for you. It is encouraged to interview several potential supervisors and choose the best one for you.
All supervision is done virtually for licensee in the state of Texas and meetings are scheduled in advance with the therapist and the associate. In person supervision is pending for the coming months.

Requirements to start supervision (not needed at the time of consultation):
- Resume
- Passing NCE score
- Supervisory Agreement Form to be provided to Texas State Board of Examiners
- Professional insurance
