Therapy is an investment in yourself, and you deserve to know exactly what it costs before you ever reach out. Here is everything.

Payment is due at the time of session by credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card through a secure client portal.
Insurance can be a helpful tool, and I accept it. But there are real reasons many men choose to pay out of pocket:
Insurance is available to clients located in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Washington, and Maine, where I am in network with Cigna, United Healthcare and Optum, BCBS TX, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, Curative.
If you plan to use insurance, I will verify your benefits before your first session so you know your copay or deductible responsibility up front.
Clients located in Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina are seen on a private pay basis only. If you have insurance, a superbill is available so you can seek out of network reimbursement from your plan.
If I am not in network with your plan, I can provide a monthly superbill, which is an itemized receipt you submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement.
Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of the session fee. Your plan can tell you your out of network mental health benefits.
Your time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your health care will cost.
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of therapy services before your first session, and you may ask for one at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
