A Few Words About Me

Malton Cook Jr.

Headshot of Malton Cook Jr.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I help individuals navigate the complexities of life with clarity and purpose.

Since 2011, I have worked across various clinical environments, most recently in integrated behavioral health, helping clients bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

My approach is direct and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are, using a targeted mix of Person-Centered care and practical, Solution-Focused strategies. Whether we are using CBT and DBT to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns or utilizing Brainspotting (Phase 1) to work through deeper neurophysiological stressors, the focus is always on your forward progress.

"I provide a safe, professional space for you to do the work. Let's get started on rearranging the pieces of the puzzle together."
